Rutger has more than 15 years of experience in project and programme management. He is also much sought-after as a consultant for managers and directors. During this period he supervised transition projects involving care processes, accommodation and rehousing, services and furnishing. Projects included the Radboud UMC, Medisch Spectrum Twente, Bernhoven Hospital, MEE Foundation and the Zonnehuis Group.
