Tim is a partner at Hospitality Group and combines his extensive knowledge of FM with a business management approach. Tim also has a black belt in Lean and Six Sigma. This philosophy characterises the way he handles projects and his role in our High Performance Collaboration at Hospitality Group.
Tim advises large and international organisations in the corporate and care sector. Topics concern the organisation of supply-demand management (how are we organised and how do we govern?), strategic sourcing (will we do it ourselves or contract it out?) and performance management (what are our performance areas and how are we doing?). He is the driving force behind our continuous research of supply-demand management (Supply-Demand in View), which provides the basis for the FM Supply-Demand Framework. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience by regularly publishing articles or appearing at symposia and conferences.
Keeping a clear end result in view, he creates support and plots a collective and valuable course for every facility organisation. It is this combination that makes a project a good project: “the result = the quality of the solution * support in the organisation2 ”.
