As a managing partner Ton is co-responsible for the business unit Service & Workplace Design. As a consultant/process manager he optimises the user experience by developing service concepts for working and learning environments, and for care, sports and welfare facilities. He is also involved in implementing feasibility studies, drawing up accommodation policies and elaborating facility plans. Ton advises and participates throughout the process, from the preliminary stages to the implementation.

With a background in construction and a degree in hotel management he can translate technical knowhow into practical, accessible advice. His service-oriented attitude and open-mindedness help him to connect parties with personal attention and create maximum support. His drive is making everybody row into the same direction in a complex administrative environment.
