To create optimal understanding of your target groups and staff we can support you with two tools. The personas and guest journey both provide insight into wishes, motivations and needs. The resulting input is a perfect starting point for a service and accommodation concept with high experiential value.
We identified eight groups of users with corresponding wishes, motivations and needs. For each group we know their wishes concerning workplace, workplace design, facility services and behaviour. We acquired this knowledge through surveys among businesses, students, patients and care recipients, and users of sports and recreational facilities.
The guest journey
The guest journey is a method where we and you put ourselves in the position of the user. Step by step (planning the visit, arrival, leaving) we explore with you the desired experience from the user’s perspective. We use this instrument during interactive design sessions with the management and end users.
