In this training staff members and teams learn how they can use the possibilities and the space that a new workplace concept offers to the best of their advantage. The training takes recognizable everyday situations as its starting point. The aim is to come to feasible arrangements and give personal meaning to the new workplace concept. Participants are given tools that enable them to collaborate with more fun and efficiency in their new work environment.
