Our society is rapidly changing to a knowledge-based and service-based economy, where thinking and collaborating are the most important business processes. This development is strengthened by the almost infinite possibilities technology and IT offer us – a development that is at its onset rather than the end. These trends lead to substantial changes in organizations. Business models are changing, as is the way we should and can work and collaborate. There is no sector that is not affected, directly or indirectly. At the same time all around us we see how vital it is to be able to respond quickly to changes. Market conditions are volatile, competition pops up everywhere and speed and flexibility have never been more important. And to cap it all, we see a strong development towards a need for timely results. Results for the shareholders and consequently also for the organization, teams, and individual employees.
