Hospitality Group was asked to optimise and professionalise the processes within the Housing and Facility Services department and to streamline the client relocations. Pim Boderie, Young Professional at Hospitality Group, took on these challenges successfully.
Over the past six months, Pim has mainly focused on optimising the FMIS, defining and implementing service desk processes, and setting up and rolling out the procedure for structuring clients’ relocations. In addition, Pim developed a functional plan of requirements for future care homes in terms of safety, functionality and eligibility for claiming expenses. Pim made a catalogue of the range of facility products offered by the Housing and Facility Services department, to make them more transparent for the MET ggz colleagues. Thanks to this visual service, colleagues know exactly what the Housing and Facility Services department can do for them.
The complex context of municipalities and the province, care clients, care providers and the housing and facility services department made this assignment a great challenge. MET ggz has, partly through Pim’s contribution, made great strides towards a future-proof department.
Pim is very proactive, independent, works in an extremely structured way and is able to translate matters clearly on paper. It really enjoyed seeing how easily Pim familiarised himself with the organisation and find his way around.Lizzy van der Pol, Housing and Facilities Manager
