AAFM facilitates services in 14 EY offices in the Netherlands. Making and keeping customers satisfied is what AAFM finds important. As a temporary facility coordinator at AAFM, Miranda is both a jack-of-all-trades and a problem solver. Miranda is the facilitiy coordinator for the EY offices in Leeuwarden, Groningen, Zwolle, Hengelo, Arnhem and Utrecht. The offices vary in size from 20 to 250 workstations.

The role of facility coordinator ensures that the the different parties involved can collaborate smoothly. Miranda thinks ahead and anticipates potential bottlenecks and challenges.

AAFM and Miranda are now setting up a ‘One FM’ team in every EY office. The different service departments are part of the FM Service Team and together they provide an optimal customer experience.

Contact with customers is brought about by Miranda frequently being present in the workplace. As the facility coordinator Miranda is the first point of contact for facility services and she ensures that processes are optimally organised. Listening closely to the customer helps her to steer the customer wishes in the right direction.
