At the ROC (regional center for secondary vocational education) West-Brabant, most of the facility management was organised decentrally. The different MBO Colleges each had its own facility manager. Consultants of Hospitality Group developed several future models for facility management for the ROC. Based on the different scenarios, we are guiding the ROC in making a choice to centrally control the facility services.
The new central control model offers the ROC several major benefits: professionalization in a general sense, MBO Colleges can share knowledge and capacity, cost reductions, and more room for innovation. An interim manager of Hospitality Group is implementing the new control model.
