Working without limits is the vision and concept of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) for its future work environment and way of working. Meeting, collaborating and sharing knowledge are central aspects in this approach. For the EUR Support Centre, Hospitality Group developed a new and attractive work environment inside the renovated Sanders Building, which is in line with the master plan for the building designed by architect Jo Coenen. The building is designed as an example for future accommodation projects on the campus.

The new work environment comprises physical, virtual and service components that fit together seamlessly, help the users to bring out the best in themselves every day, and facilitate pleasant collaboration. Hospitality Group developed these components, introduced the new accommodation concept to the staff and made them enthusiastic about the new environment and way of working. We collaborated intensively with the users of the Sanders Building and with experts from Facility Management, Real Estate Services, IT Services, Human Resources and Marketing & Communication.
