The Management, Education and Facilities Staff Services of the Christelijke Hogeschool Ede (Christian University of Applied Sciences / CHE) asked Hospitality Group to measure the satisfaction about their services. With an objective measuring result the CHE wants to assess the service and gain an insight into the improvement potential.
The CHE opted for a broad survey, which measured the services of all staff services comprehensively. The interpretation of the outcomes is very important to compare the interrelations. By adding open questions the results gain depth. “Hospitality Group has much experience with compiling a good questionnaire, and the methodology is reliable and the analyses thorough. Hospitality Group´s notion of user satisfaction makes it easier to interpret the results correctly”, says Henrico Kisteman of CHE.
Annechien Verkerk, project group member at the CHE, comments: “The approach made the staff services aware that it is necessary to tackle issues together. The staff are communicating better now, taking the best possible service to our customers as a starting point. To illustrate, hospitality is one of the themes that is handled with a cross-service approach now.”
