Working without limits is Erasmus University Rotterdam’s vision and concept for its future work environment and way of working. Meeting, collaborating and sharing knowledge are central aspects in this approach. Hospitality Group was asked to create a new attractive work environment and facilities for the support departments in the Sanders Building, within the total interior design plan created by the architect. The building will be an example for future accommodation projects on the campus. The Sanders Building is an existing building with offices and educational functions. A large-scale renovation has already been started.

Within this total design plan, we’re supporting Erasmus University to set up the best possible work environment and facility and ICT services. In addition, we inform employees about the accommodation concept and create enthusiasm for the new environment and way of working. In this context, we’ve organised several sessions for the employees.

In close collaboration with the building team, Hospitality Group is creating more flexibility within the architectural and building systems design ensuring it is future-proof. As a result, the building will be better aligned with the new workplace concept and allow for future changes. Within the total plan designed by the architect we are creating the new work environment together with the future users of the Sanders Building and with experts in the field of Facility Management, Real Estate Services, IT Services, Human Resources and Marketing & Communication.
