The iPabo University of Applied Sciences is a unique educational institution. With a small-scale character and a keen eye for talent iPabo helps professionals to a career in primary education. It has two locations, where the internal services department provides facilities support for 100 staff members and 900 students. For this role iPabo was looking for a new colleague who can improve the facility services together with the team.
The head of the internal services department is the connecting link between students, staff, management and suppliers, and delivers targeted and flexible solutions to facility issues. For iPabo, self-reflection and a capacity to connect are essential competencies in the candidate’s profile. With that in mind, we began our search for an energetic and decisive facilities professional willing to put the shoulders to the wheel.
We communicated the job opening through several appealing online recruitment tools and approached specific suitable candidates in our network. After the first round of job interviews at Hospitality Group we presented a selection of three suitable candidates. After a short but thorough selection procedure iPabo University of Applied Sciences chose one of the candidates. The client assessed the recruitment process with 9 out of 10.
