Today Hospitality Group presented the results of the 6th Provider Performance Survey at World Workplace Europe. In this year’s edition Hospitality Group examined the performance of Globally active Facility Management service providers, specifically in global IFM contracts.
Results and ranking
The average Provider Performance Score in the global IFM market is an 8.1. This is considered remarkably high and it indicates that the global IFM market delivers its services in a highly valued manner.
The first place in this year’s survey for the best IFM service provider goes to the organization that is the youngest organization among all included providers, based in the United Kingdom: Mace Operate!
Flexim Group (Switzerland) and Jones Lang LaSalle (USA) complete the podium, respectively.
