Sourcing & organisation

Sourcing & organisation

Hospitality Group has many years of experience in supporting large national and international organizations with facility sourcing and organizational challenges. From facility strategy and a future-proof organizational model to supervising tenders and purchasing processes and supervising and managing the collaboration.

Managing the collaboration

Besides organising, tendering and contracting services, Hospitality Group helps organisations manage the collaboration between client and service provider. This is all about optimising the relationship between client and service provider, with the aim of sustainable and result-oriented cooperation. To this end, we have developed a number of powerful tools:

  • Cooperation wheel - collaboration in the chain
Our vision, containing the elements to which attention should be paid when setting up cooperation. The vision focuses on building ambitions, clarifying interests, setting up the organisation, paying attention to the relationship and continuous improvement.
  • Contract Performance Evaluation
A collaboration is a continuous process of discovery, evaluation, adjustment. Hospitality Group has developed a tool to evaluate the collaboration, discussing all key elements (ambitions & goals, organisation, relationship, scope, costs, execution & improvement and monitoring).
  • Relational Performance Management
This tool helps to set up performance management, including KPI agreements, relationally. This creates more room for dialogue and joint steering for results.
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
We support facilities departments in conducting customer satisfaction surveys. With these, we measure employee perception and satisfaction with facilities services.
  • Co Factor© - cooperation in simulation
In a playful and interactive way, we simulate the cooperation between client and service provider. This session provides valuable insights into the mutual dynamics, followed by a workshop in which we identify areas for improvement together.

Strategy development

Hospitality Group supports organizations in developing a facility strategy that adds value to the organizational strategy. Together with the client, we identify and map the context and strategic challenges.

We develop the strategy and provide answers to questions such as: What services do we want to provide? What do we do ourselves and what do we outsource? And how do we enter into those partnerships? How can we best organize ourselves? And how will we manage the collaboration and ensure that we achieve our goals?

Sourcing & contracting

Hospitality Group has extensive experience in supervising tenders and purchasing processes from A to Z within the Netherlands and internationally. From determining the tender strategy, drawing up service specifications, pricing models, contracts and all relevant tender documents to the supervision and implementation of the tender process and the transition period.

International tenders often involve establishing an international strategy, concluding a European or global contract and executing local tenders in various countries worldwide. Our expertise lies mainly in the field of integrated contracts that bundle multiple services and management, such as IFM, Multi-services or Managing Agent.

Thanks to our annual Provider Performance Survey and the many projects with (inter)national clients, we know both the national and international FM market through and through. We are more than happy to share these best practices.

Organisation & governance

Hospitality Group assists in the screening, design and organization of the facility organization and appropriate management models. A good design is crucial for proper management, the assignment of tasks and roles and the optimal coordination of supply and demand of services. Together with the client, we start with the organisation's ambition, culture, most important processes, available staff and competences.

After the design phase an implementation phase follows. This is about structural change. About changing people's daily patterns. About other ways of working together. Hospitality Group supports organizations in the change process. We don't just create, we also make sure it works.
