Sourcing & organisation

Sourcing & organisation

Hospitality Group has many years of experience in supporting large national and international organizations with facility sourcing and organizational challenges. From facility strategy and a future-proof organizational model to supervising tenders and purchasing processes and supervising and managing the collaboration.

Strategy development

Hospitality Group supports organizations in developing a facility strategy that adds value to the organizational strategy. Together with the client, we identify and map the context and strategic challenges.

We develop the strategy and provide answers to questions such as: What services do we want to provide? What do we do ourselves and what do we outsource? And how do we enter into those partnerships? How can we best organize ourselves? And how will we manage the collaboration and ensure that we achieve our goals?

Altrecht: developing a new sourcing strategy with the Property & Facilities department

Sourcing & contracting

Hospitality Group has extensive experience in supervising tenders and purchasing processes from A to Z within the Netherlands and internationally. From determining the tender strategy, drawing up service specifications, pricing models, contracts and all relevant tender documents to the supervision and implementation of the tender process and the transition period.

International tenders often involve establishing an international strategy, concluding a European or global contract and executing local tenders in various countries worldwide. Our expertise lies mainly in the field of integrated contracts that bundle multiple services and management, such as IFM, Multi-services or Managing Agent.

Thanks to our annual Provider Performance Survey and the many projects with (inter)national clients, we know both the national and international FM market through and through. We are more than happy to share these best practices.

Coty: developing service ambition and supervising the entire tender process

Organisation & governance

Hospitality Group assists in the screening, design and organization of the facility organization and appropriate management models. A good design is crucial for proper management, the assignment of tasks and roles and the optimal coordination of supply and demand of services. Together with the client, we start with the organisation's ambition, culture, most important processes, available staff and competences.

After the design phase an implementation phase follows. This is about structural change. About changing people's daily patterns. About other ways of working together. Hospitality Group supports organizations in the change process. We don't just create, we also make sure it works.

ASML: developing and implementing the high level management model for Facilities & Maintenance (F&M) worldwide

APG: evaluate and redesign the organizational model of APG Facility Services

Managing the collaboration

In addition to organizing, tendering and contracting services, Hospitality Group helps organizations manage the collaboration between client and supplier. This involves optimizing cooperation in the chain and realizing the joint ambitions and objectives. Examples are conducting collaboration and contract reviews.

We developed the The Co Factor© as an instrument to provide service providers and clients with insight into the improvement potential of the collaboration.

Hospitality Group has been conducting integral contract reviews for several international clients within the Tech & Entertainment industry for years, which are both an operational and a financial review. This results in optimizations every time in the way of organizing and financially handling agreements.
