Every year we fill approximately 250 temporary and 50 permanent positions within business, healthcare, education, government and social organizations. Think of positions such as facility managers, service desk team leaders, purchasing coordinators, sustainability advisors, community managers, housing advisors, construction project managers, contract managers, project leaders and directors of operations.
Interim professionals
Our interim managers help organizations excel and organize in smarter ways. From quartering and managing a project to bridging absences or a temporary capacity demand. Our interim managers are enterprising leaders with extensive experience in appealing projects with leading clients. They are result-driven, strong communicators and solid in process management.
We work with our own team of interim managers and young professionals and have a carefully selected network of independent interim managers. All interim managers are supervised by a field manager and have access to our knowledge and expertise.

Recruitment
Finding the right candidate is an intricate process in which we are happy to support organizations. Quality, speed, cooperation and passion characterize our process. Together we look at the best candidate journey and advise on the labor market strategy for successful filling of the position. Our vacancy videos are a good example of this.
Our recruiters have an extensive and relevant network and know their way around online searching. In conversations with candidates, we test ambition and experience and assess motivations, talents and competencies. An assessment, personality and ability test and reference check can be part of the procedure.

Executive search
We connect candidates and organizations in the top segment with executive search. Successful candidates like to be approached with an attractive perspective and a clear story. We take care of that.
We have a vibrant executive community and the most extensive FM network in the Netherlands. We realize approximately 75% of our assignments with candidates we have known and followed for years. Multiple interviews based on the four-eye principle, a test center and a media and reference survey are part of the executive procedure.
